I love when parents create resources and outlets for not only their children but other awesome kids as well. This lovely lady I not only follow on youtube for her hair and beauty reviews but I follow her because she too is a parent of two uniquely made young men. Check out her story.

Save the Date !!! April 2nd 2012 is Light it up BLUE for Autism Awareness.
On this day many people, organizations, public building and etc will participate . The Empire State Building in NYC and various places across the WORLD lit the sky with blue lights last year in honor of this day, people wore the color blue, walk their neighborhoods with blue signs reading " I support Autism Awareness " and so many other creative things to support the Light it up Blue campaign. I'll be posting snippets of some of the things I'll be doing for the Light it up Blue campaign as well as the April is Autism Awareness Month campaign . Did you know that An estimated 1 in 110 children in the U.S. is on the autism spectrum - a 600 percent increase in the past two decades that is only partly explained by improved diagnosis. Sooooo, I ask you; what are YOU going to do to light it up BLUE for Autism on April 2nd ???
Feel free to send pics to email@example.com and I will post them on the blog as well as my Facebook. Put your name (your twitter name as well) where you are from and how you Light it up BLUE.
My son, family, the huge number of people and families that live and deal with Autism everyday Thanks you.
